We are looking for a Graphic Designer - Salesforce Specialist for our in-house marketing team. We seek an energetic, confident, and driven professional to help us in our Salesforce/Pardot initiatives and our overall marketing efforts. The position requires an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email with internal staff as well as external suppliers, vendors and partners.

  • The Designer/Salesforce Specialist will work closely with all members of the marketing team.

Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer - Salesforce Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general support to our Marketing Department
  • Plan and create email campaigns through Pardot – our marketing platform through Salesforce
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce/Pardot systems
  • Managing Salesforce/Pardot roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Importing Salesforce department leads, contacts, and other data
  • Plan, create, and code web pages and email campaigns through WordPress and Pardot
  • Work in tandem with our Graphic Designer to design, develop and produce digital and print materials: Key projects include, but are not limited to: Identity standards, logos, newsletter, email marketing, trade show graphics, signage, event flyers, social media images, postcards and brochures
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through digital media
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Write copy for internal and external communications
  • Support and participate in industry trade show activities and events
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support such as answering telephones, assisting other departments and visitors, and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: note taking, printing, binding, faxing, mailing and filing

Qualifications of the Graphic Designer - Salesforce Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred (Marketing/Design/Communications/Sales)
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position preferred
  • Salesforce/Pardot experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Email marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage time, work independently and complete tasks under time pressure when necessary
  • Must live within a 40 mile radius from the corporate office
  • Some travel required for events and trade shows

Additional Information

Physical Demand: Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, moving and carrying up to 30 lbs. of trade show products and other event items as needed

Working Conditions: Professional corporate office environment

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Travel: 20% travel required; must have an acceptable driving record according to company guidelines

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
