Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant in Commercial Banking as part of the ABLL (Asset Based Leasing & Lending) Salesforce group. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

As part of a larger team, this role will be responsible for the support and expansion of the ABLL Salesforce CRM platform. The user community includes 2000+ sales team for North America.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for intake, discovery, analysis, delivery, testing and post production support
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce functionality and design to provide recommendations to key partners
  • Have knowledge of Salesforce technology and industry best practices to enable key sales capabilities
  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Salesforce.com SalesCloud Admin Certified
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt
  • Experience supporting complex CRM organizations
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Experience with Jira boards
  • Experience with UI/UX salesforce design patterns
  • Ability to translate business requirements into groomed stories
  • Exceptional analytical and root cause analysis skills
  • Excellent meeting management skills (e.g., agenda, managing expectations, facilitation)
  • Working knowledge of the Asset Based Leasing & Lending (ABLL) business group
