- Management and advisement of the reliability and security of complex SalesForce platforms company wide

- Annual budget management and allocation

- Manage a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators and Product Owners

- Patnering with the Salesforce Vendors as well as the IT iNfrastructure team to expand and improve the patform

- Support all business analysis and process reengineering for system improvement and sustainabilty

- Stakeholder communication to change and advisement to stakeholders to suggest future plans for the platform

- Bilingual

- Scrum certified

- Advanced Salesforce certifications (Anything consultant level)
- Masters Degree or additional years of experience/certifications to supplement

- 10+ years of experience with CRM systems to include project management, issue resolution, change management, communications and module implementation

- 5+ years of experience in a management roles working with Salesforce at a multimational organization

- Business process reenigineering for CRM

- Experience in product design and solutions architecture with a record or building scaleable enterprise applications

- Any Salesforce certification

- Experience in both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
