Salesforce Admin/ BA - LA - $110K

Mason Frank International is searching for a Salesforce Administrator/ BA for our client in the Los Angeles area. This is a firm that makes niche investment opportunities that will provide valuable returns for their clients through responsible and sustainable business practices.

Role

As a part of this firm, you will perform hybrid roles as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst. You will develop business strategies for implementation and monitor their Salesforce CRM platform. With the compiled data base system, this individual will be creating dashboard set-ups, programming logic through the use of Apex coding, and creating reports. This candidate will be closely monitoring the internal software system to look for updates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Create firm specific Salesforce functionalities and layout to enhance the efficiency of internal users
• Develop business strategies that compile data such as sales, KPI's, account information, and business metrics that will allow for cross-team functionality
• Build a strong line of communication with firm departments and provide business solutions to their problems through recognition of their needs
• Be prepared for around the clock support on all systems including Salesforce, when updates are needed

Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce, SS&C applications, GWP, GWPA,
• Ability to design quality software implementations which improve functionality of its users
• Efficient organization skills that adhere to multitasking and deadline assignments
