Salesforce Analyst & Administrator Mid Level experience
Contract to Hire
Remote for now, then would prefer onsite by mid to end of 2021
Target Pay $50 - $60/hr while on contract

Job Summary:
Company is implementing Salesforce and needs to hire a mid-level person to help be their Salesforce Business Analyst during the implementation. Then during and afterwards shift into being a Salesforce Admin. In this role, you will cover the SalesCloud of the CRM. They are currently using MS Dynamics. You will also participate with the Salesforce implementation partner to ensure the Salesforce environments, users, and database is functional

Company is about 2500 employees. IT departments are over 300. You will be part of the Software Engineering teams supporting Sales Cloud implementation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years Salesforce Administration
• Experience with supporting Salesforce SalesCloud
• Experience within Salesforce creating dashboards, new users accounts, user permissions and access.
• Experienced with SAAS architectures
• Previous experience as either a Business Analyst gathering user requirements, creating use cases, or as a Project Manager doing requirements analysis and creating deliverable documents for the technical teams
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Environment:
Daily scrum meetings via Zoom.
Participate regularly with the implementation partner for Salesforce
