Salesforce Administrator

Modis IT is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position in either Cleveland, OH or Charlotte, NC.  The Salesforce Administrator will be the go-to person for users of the Salesforce platform to support day-to-day functions, resolve issues, and promote adoption.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Salesforce team and end-users.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of changes and customizations to Salesforce environment.
  • Build Strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
  • Ensure data quality by using best practices to migrate data from outside systems.
  • Support the user base by providing timely and accurate responses to support ticket inquries.
  • Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups; provide training one-to-one as necessary.
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology or Business related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience administrating a Salesforce environment which must include Flows experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Designing solutions and maintaining systems that adhere to security best practices.
  • One or more current Administrator Salesforce.com certifications preferred (ADM201 or higher).
