The Salesforce Project Manager/Business Analyst/Administrator is a Salesforce Evangelist who proactively monitors and manages all aspects of our Salesforce platform and develops and spreads best practices with users. This individual plays a key role in leading adoption to a platform that is integral to our company's operations. In this role, it is expected to understand all aspects of the Salesforce configuration and make changes, be able and willing to delve into customization, understands the marketplace for third-party applications, and supports business initiatives with optimized reporting and dashboards. 
•Deep understanding of (both Sales and Service Cloud) technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements and all related policies and procedures.
•Solid understanding of sales, service and marketing analytics, including reporting on territory and pipeline health, forecasting, campaign effectiveness, and data quality metrics in a multi-channel environment.
•Experience working with workflows and triggers to automate tasks.
•Knowledge of databases and proficiency in data manipulation and cleaning.
•Experience with Lightning applications and development.
•Experience with custom reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards.
•Experience working with Salesforce Communities.
•Project management - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods.
•Analytical techniques - Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts.
•Good communication and documentation skills.
•An eagerness to support business processes with technological solutions. 
•Detail oriented, organized, timely, dependable, articulate and collegial.
•Produces high quality work under minimal supervision.
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
•Able to manage work of team members, conflict, deadlines, priorities and a wide range of responsibilities.
