We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the following position for our client, who is an industry leader:
Salesforce Administrator
Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Hybrid Role: Initially 3 days in office and 2 days remote. After 5 - 6 months, 1 to 2 days in the office, 3 to 4 days remote
Location: The Woodlands, Texas
Summary:
Our client is a fast-growing organization and in the implementation phase of Salesforce CRM. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
We are in the process of launching Salesforce, therefore user experience is of great importance to us. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
Responsibilities:
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
· All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
· Should have exposure on Salesforce integration with other systems and applications
· Must have experience on Sales Cloud with the following integrated tools
- Conga
- Salesforce Maps
- Pardot
· Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
· Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
· Monitor user adoption
· Support user tickets
· User training and creating training materials
Qualifications and Background
Required:
· Salesforce product knowledge and 2 years + hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud
Desirable:
· Certified Salesforce Administrator
· Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
