This role plays a pivotal part in supporting Silotech Group's Salesforce practice to cater to the diverse needs of both internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will be involved in ongoing projects and have the opportunity to contribute to future initiatives as they arise.
Essential Role and Responsibilities
This role involves a blend of technical expertise and collaborative skills. The Salesforce Consultant/Administrator will be responsible for configuring Salesforce solutions to meet project requirements and working in tandem with the business development team to streamline proposal processes. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including but not limited to workflows, validation rules, process builder, custom objects, and fields.
- Understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities and limitations.
Collaboration and Support:
- Working closely with the business development team to understand project needs and provide Salesforce-based solutions.
- Assisting with the preparation and management of proposal documents and responses.
- Reporting to the direct supervisor for task allocation and project updates.
- Efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring timely delivery of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team collaboration.
- Experience in working with business development teams is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable
