Description

A Salesforce Administrator job is available in Tacoma, WA at Milgard Windows and Doors. You will lead the ongoing development of our Sales and Service Cloud.  The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and visibility into consumer profile data using the Force.com platform.  You will also work closely with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Social. This role is a part technical project manager, part power-administrator, and part Salesforce.com analyst.  The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform.

 Salesforce Administrator job responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500+ users
  • Handle all administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Serve as a system administrator for the Oracle Field Service Cloud (formerly TOA Technologies ETAdirect) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environment with 350+ users
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce and Oracle Field Service Cloud data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with Milgard’s Management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Coordinate and manager support and development activities with our CRM Support Team
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Define test conditions and develop test plans to ensure customer needs are met 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification required
  • Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direction and coordinate tasks with remote CRM Applications Development Team
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
  • Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I Certification preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Experience with Customer Support, Service Logistics and Sales Administration preferred
  • Exposure to SFDC InBox, “WalkMe” Application and Demand Tools is a plus
  • Exposure to CTI, Oracle Field Service Cloud Technologies, Jitterbit middleware, and Google Geocoding technologies is a plus
