JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Participate in the implementation of Salesforce.
 Configure and manage Salesforce to support business needs and growth.
 Work with different individuals and departments across the company to understand requirements and support, improve, and implement new workflow processes.
 Create custom reports, add new fields, create simple automations and assist users with understanding Salesforce.
 Review product releases and incorporate new capabilities into the system environment.
 Maintain Salesforce data integrity and support Salesforce integrations with other systems.
 Participate in the evolution of best practices, standards and policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
 Prior Salesforce experience is required.
 Prior Financial Services experience is preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
 Obtain Salesforce certifications if they do not already exist.
 Strong aptitude for technology (programming skills are not required)
 Position requires a good understanding of business workflows within financial services.
 Problem solving skills - must have a strong aptitude for logic and analytical thinking.
 Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with other individuals and departments across the company.
 Team oriented – ability to work well with others.
 Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
