Compensation: $70000.00 to $75000.00 yearly
Participate in the implementation of Salesforce.
Configure and manage Salesforce to support business needs and growth.
Work with different individuals and departments across the company to understand requirements and support, improve, and implement new workflow processes.
Create custom reports, add new fields, create simple automations and assist users with understanding Salesforce.
Review product releases and incorporate new capabilities into the system environment.
Maintain Salesforce data integrity and support Salesforce integrations with other systems.
Participate in the evolution of best practices, standards and policies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Prior Salesforce experience is required.
Prior Financial Services experience is preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
Obtain Salesforce certifications if they do not already exist.
Strong aptitude for technology (programming skills are not required)
Position requires a good understanding of business workflows within financial services.
Problem solving skills - must have a strong aptitude for logic and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with other individuals and departments across the company.
Team oriented – ability to work well with others.
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
