Description
- Engages with business(es) stakeholder(s) to gather & analyze requirements, propose solutions that balance Salesforce functionality and other BI platforms.
- Create business process requirements and design documents; including system flow with integrated systems
- Build/develop business relationships with related business leaders and act as partner in providing SFDC and other BI platform solutions.
- Requires open communication and collaboration, being both customer-focused and service minded, able to interact with all levels of users - end Users through executives creating consensus and clear strategy as needed.
