The ideal SalesForce Administrator candidate would have:

* Experience gathering business and technical requirements on complex technical and software / systems development projects.
* Some experience managing / coordinating projects.
* Systems Analysis experience
* Experience working on projects during full software development life cycle.
* Experience working with Programmers.
* Demonstrated documentation skills!
* Ability to become a SME on the business and systems.
