Description: Our client in the Malvern PA area is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator I 

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • 1.Manages security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options. Supports the Salesforce Administrator II by supporting smaller requests, assists with larger builds, and focuses on the day-to-day maintenance of the platform. 
  •  2.Develops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity, and provides the management team with Salesforce reports and dashboards across all business units. 
  •  3.Provides technical support, training and backup for users. 
  • 4.Shares best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contributes to the knowledge base. 
  • 5.Develops, implements, and manages capabilities on the Salesforce platform. Identifies deliverables, milestones, and tasks to deliver new and maintain existing capabilities. Ensures capabilities are aligned with business goals and objectives. 
  • 6.Helps facilitate sessions with the business to gather, define, and document business requirements to be implemented on Salesforce.
  •  7.Configures Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds to meet business needs (in collaboration with internal and external resources). 
  • 8.Partners with the Salesforce Administrator II to support marketing team with Pardot processes and integrations. 
  • 9.Documents and implements configuration changes. 
  • 10.Develops project-level business-specific approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support. Facilitates Salesforce user training and upskilling sessions. 
  • 11.Achieves and maintains Salesforce product certifications to successfully advise business of best practices for both business process and platform optimization. 
  • 12.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. 
  • •Three to five years of relevant experience. Prior Salesforce experience required. Experience in an agile environment preferred. 
  •  •Effective communication and documentation skills. 
  • •An eagerness to support business processes with technological solutions. 
  •  •Detail oriented, organized, timely, dependable, articulate and collegial. 
  • •Produces high quality work under minimal supervision. 
  • •Understanding of Salesforce.com (both Sales and Service Cloud) technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements and all related policies and procedures.
  •  •Solid understanding of sales, service and marketing analytics, including reporting on territory and pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and data quality metrics in a multi-channel environment. 
  • •Knowledge of databases and proficiency in data manipulation and cleaning. Experience with Dataloader or Data Import Wizard preferred. 
  • •Experience with custom reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards. 
  • •Experience working with Pardot or Marketing Cloud preferred. 
  • •Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods. 
  • •Experience driving requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts. 
  • •Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  •  •Able to manage work, conflicts, deadlines, and priorities 
  •  •Salesforce Administrator certification or achieved within 6 months of hire.
