Tech Specialist with Salesforce Administration experience!

If you are a Salesforce expert who wants to work in an environment where you can put your knowledge to use in building out a Salesforce platform from scratch, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Salesforce configuration changes including: Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Flows, Page Layouts, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training plans, materials, and documentation to enable new and existing users to effectively adopt and use the Salesforce platform
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce suite by keeping up to date with new features and functionality that will best serve company's goals
  • Work with the Director of IT in day-to-day handling of general help desk support
  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Must have 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or working towards the Administrator Certification highly preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Ability to work independently and possess a positive, team-player attitude
  • Sense of humor and outgoing personality is an absolute must!
