Position Title: SFDC Solutions Sales Architect

Duration: Fulltime

Location: NY

 

Job Description:

 

·         10+ years of experience implementing Salesforce in the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain. Should be able to explain in detail how Salesforce has been applied within the HLS domain based on personal experience and industry knowledge

·         Strong Healthcare and Life Sciences domain knowledge in the US payer, provider and pharma space

·         Certified Salesforce Application or System Architect (both preferred)

·         Proven ability to design solutions on the Force.com platform which address HLS industry challenges

·         Knowledge on how to design solutions in the healthcare and life-sciences space which cater for security and compliance industry challenges such as HIPPA

·         Proven ability and experience in pre-sales activities including responding to RFPs, developing go-to-market strategies, account planning, participating in orals, etc.

·         Strong ability to articulate Salesforce solutions to both technical and business audiences with impact

·         Proven ability to develop strong and fruitful relationships with customers, partners and internal team members

·         Experience working with Salesforce Account Executives to jointly go to market on accounts

·         Expert knowledge on the Salesforce Health Cloud with at least 2 implementations completed successfully

·         Knowledge and experience with other HLS industry solutions such as Vlocity and Veeva a plus

·         Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

·         Should bring with him/her an extensive network of contacts in the enterprise which can be leveraged by Virtusa for business development opportunities

·         Experience at a “Big 4” consulting firm preferred

·         Strong written and spoken English

·         Proven experience in leading large international teams in support of the delivery of enterprise Salesforce implementation programs and in business development activities such as pre-sales and solution accelerator development
