Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Start date: ASAP

End date: 6 months, temp to hire

Hours: 40/week

Location: Santa Clara, CA/ Westlake Village, CA/ Scottsdale, AZ 95054, 91359, 85268

*Candidates must be local to these offices. They can work remote full-time, but in case the team meets in the office once in a while the manager wants the candidate local so they can attend*

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Systems, the Business System Analyst will be a key member of a lean and high impact Tech organization dispersed in 4 sites and 2 Countries.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

· BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business

· Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 3 or more years supporting and administering Salesforce.com or Zuora or other cloud platforms

· 2 Years experience- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce from a Sales and Marketing perspective. Should understand the basics of cross-functional accounting, billing, and revenue recognition

· Past work experience as a developer

· Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development

· Proven problem resolution and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and adapt quickly to change in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision required

· Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated record of exceeding customer expectations

· Solid business acumen; ability to understand and anticipate business needs in order to provide appropriate solutions

· Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and be able to negotiate if needed

· Strong team player with excellent listening, interpersonal, facilitation, written, oral and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate concepts in both technical and user-friendly language to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.

· Ability to work with external vendors to resolve issues and manage project initiatives

· Strong technical, problem resolution, and analytical skills; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively

· Experience working with cross-functional, dispersed teams

· Demonstrated experience working with Agile Methodology

· Salesforce.com Admin 201 or above certified is preferred

· Experience working with the Tier 1 Finance Applications or Cloud-based Financial applications is preferred

· A solid understanding of Accounting, Revrec, sales, and service processes is preferred

· Demonstrated Business Analyst work with large scale applications that may include CRM and ERP solutions is preferred

· Basic SQL and report development skills are preferred

· Basic programming skills are preferred

· Business process Flow and UML flow design skills are preferred
