Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator

The company has initiated a journey of accelerated growth and views the enhancement of its business through the adoption of digital technologies as a key driver. The company is therefore striving to accelerate the enhancement and implementation of its Digital Strategy, , which is largely built around the Salesforce ecosystem.

Focus is the Digitization of Customer Offerings through digital enabling of current offerings (e.g., Sensorization, extension via Software Platforms and Data Analytics), enabling alternate Business models (for example Subscription and other Service Models), as well as digital engagement with customers and partners (e.g., via Sales Portals and Digital Libraries) to drive additional winning propositions with customers and new revenue streams

An experienced SalesForce Business Analyst/Admin to join the team, who is passionate about making a significant difference on the journey to becoming a Partner of Choice and recognized thought leader in digital water.

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions and supporting the user community. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing and implementing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports as defined by project or enhancement requests
  • Analytical skills to Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive platform maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Monitor and execute change management activities to improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience implementing and deploying Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
  • Configuration experience using Salesforce Lightning.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud apps.
  • Experience using analytics reporting tool such as Tableau CRM or Microsoft Power BI.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Salesforce Field Service.

  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
  • One or more Salesforce Certifications.

Prefer 1 day a week on-site in the Pittsburgh office but remote may be an option.
