POSITION SUMMARY
As Sales Technology Manager, the successful candidate will focus on Salesforce configuration for process improvement and data management. You will be responsible for assisting all departments in the business with recurring reports, dashboards and troubleshooting for end users. We are looking for a Salesforce Certified Professional with a strong executive acumen who values productivity and increasing efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· Associate degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 2+ years of account management
· Salesforce Certification
· Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner.
· Self-motivated with a strong customer focus
· Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Ability to multitask and problem solve.
· Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
· Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
· Good organization and math skills
· Must be able to pass pre-employment tests, including background check and drug screen.
