The candidate will work with a team that designs a Salesforce.com based solution, often working with a Technical Architect, Project Manager, Solution Architect, and client stakeholders. He or she participates in and often drives requirements gathering sessions to capture the needed functional and non-functional requirements to create a design for a new application or enhancement of an existing application.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce in a BA role
• Skilled with Process Builder, Page Layouts, Flow, and Lightning Components
• Possesses strong knowledge of UI/UX concepts and design
• Hands-on experience defining Salesforce optimization strategies and best practices with the Salesforce platform
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or the Force.com App Platform
• Domain knowledge of Marketing and Sales organizational functions and operations required
• Is a team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team trust quickly
• Experience with onsite/offshore projects a plus
• When asked, can provide 2 reference clients

Education and Certifications

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Developer Certification Required
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Computer science or STEM field a plus)
