We are seeking to hire a Salesforce developer for working on one of the key Wells Fargo Advisors Salesforce CRM solutions.  This solution is critical to the hiring, managing and compliance for the entire team of Wells Fargo financial advisors. The application is built on the Salesforce service cloud platform and is currently migrating to Lightning.  There are many new features and integrations that the business has for their roadmap to greatly expand the adoption and usage of the tool.

The Salesforce Developer:
• Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. 
• Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. 
• Provides coding and code review of highly complex original code base.
• Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. 
• Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production.
• Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. 
• Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. 
• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

Preference will be given to candidates in the primary locations listed; consideration may be given to candidates in other locations with a WF Technology Hub.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 4 + years of experience in architecture, development, implementation or support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems in a financial services environment

Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of Object Oriented experience
  • Web design and development experience
  • 5+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
  • Good knowledge of technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Java, Angular JS, MVC, WCF, Web API, Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON.
  • Must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision.
  • Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
  • Good knowledge of design patterns.
  • Good understanding of agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of RDBMS concepts.
  • Good to have Salesforce Administrator and / or Developer certifications

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
