In this role, you’ll work closely with the Tech Services, Product Delivery, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Administration departments on delivering new features to our Salesforce org. These new features will have an impact on the daily work lives of all our employees and customers.

VeraCore software is used by top names in e-Commerce fulfillment to service many of the world’s most respected brands. As a Tech Services team member, you will help integrate and support software and services used by our customers every day.

Responsibilities of this Include:

Analyze and refine business requirements with teams and stakeholders
Build new features and functionality with Salesforce tools and programming languages
Monitor production environment for issues
Test existing Salesforce functionality against new Salesforce major releases
Work with VeraCore development teams to integrate Salesforce with in-house applications
Collaborate with VeraCore client services team to meet needs of our customers
Integrate internal technology stacks with Salesforce org for accounting and tracking
Ensuring creation and maintenance of effective documentation

Job Details

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with the team and be open with ideas and concepts to drive the project forward
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities)
Familiarity with Salesforce tools and languages, such as Apex, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Workbench
Exposure to REST and SOAP web service APIs
Exercises strong judgment, especially in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Lean framework for working
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and web technologies
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
