Description

Pomeroy is looking for a Salesforce DeveloperAdmin on a direct hire basis. Must work onsite. Must be able to work without sponsorship. The candidate will interact with key business users to configure and enhance the Salesforce Platform as needed to meet business requirements. This includes supporting our business team, providing input on system design, Salesforce development and integration testing, and post go-live support. The candidate will also provide day-to-day production support. Job Duties and Responsibilities Implement and support Salesforce Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand, gather and document business requirements and transform them into Salesforce business solutions that can be implemented and supported. Identify and resolve system issues by working with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define systems goals and operational requirements. Clearly communicate system changes, enhancements, and modifications ndash verbally or through written documentation ndash to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Development of procedures and models of current processes. Lead sessions in prototyping new procedures and systems. Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of enhancements to existing applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related equivalent experience. 3+ yearsrsquo experience with Salesforce. Work with administrators on all aspects of user and license management including new user setupdeactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Objects, Flow, Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types and custom settings. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy newupdates to existing applications and code. Able to demonstrate written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management. Able to listen and communicate in a clear and concise manner, along with the ability to recognize the audience and tailor communications accordingly. Able to work independently. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to prioritize. Able to organize time and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.e., organizational skills). Able to demonstrate leadership qualities as a self-starter, set direction, and complete assignments. Able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels. Able to demonstrate strong customer service orientation. Must be flexible with work schedules and available to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice. Strong work ethic with ability and willingness to do lsquowhat it takes.
