Job Description:

Their Salesforce Team is looking for a leader to help implement and optimize Salesforce’s Billing solution.  This individual will help drive the vision, roadmap, and layout the path to get there through their expertise in the Order to Cash business process.  Responsibilities include being a SME in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, understanding current and future processes, recommending changes, reengineering current processes, and helping facilitate changes in the Salesforce platform. Leverage strong communication and leadership expertise to establish the direction of daily activities, ensure efficient operations, and create an overall highly efficient environment for our Datasite environment.

Specific Qualifications:

•             Content knowledge - Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in the Order to Cash vertical

•             System configuration - Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary

•             Analytical techniques - Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts

•             Project management - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects

•             Change management and scope control - Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issues management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situations

Experience and Requirements:

•             Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field

•             3+ years of Salesforce Billing experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle

•             Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration

•             Continually study new Salesforce Industries & Salesforce technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies

•             Salesforce Certified preferred- Admin, Developer, Sales and Revenue Clouds

•             Experiences with integration platforms, specifically MuleSoft

Manager  Notes: need to have SF Revenue Cloud/Billing experience; implementation experience would be great.  There’s not a lot of companies out there who have implemented, so it’s been a challenge finding them which is why I need help with them.
