As a Field Service Lightning Solution Lead, you will work in a highly collaborative environment interfacing with many other teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners to help develop and deliver critical Salesforce solutions while transforming and reimagining legacy workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and deploying solutions using the Salesforce platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) concepts and has experience & knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Field Service Management Form, Feature and Functionality e.g., work orders, skills, resources, dispatch dashboard, scheduling, service appointments, territories & regions, task management, and workflow management.
  • Subject matter expert who can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address business requirements.
  • Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements.
  • Incorporate the platform security features into a solution to meet data security requirements.
  • Architect a solution for optimal performance, scalability, maintainability, and reuse.
  • Recommend the data migration strategy, considerations, and appropriate tools to use Experience in technology transformation, design principles, integration patterns, architecture considerations and development guidelines.
  • Describe the applicable design considerations and trade-offs when working within the constraints of the platform and data volumes.
  • Define conceptual architecture and design for solution considering architecture best practices, and technology trends.
  • Guide technical teams in design and implementation.
  • Configure and develop best in class FSL proof of concepts, working demos and solution accelerators.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Take a Technical Lead role on SFDC FSL development initiatives and provide mentorship and direction to less experienced developers and administrators.
  • Ability to research and analyze 3rd party vendors to make build vs. buy recommendation.
  • Deep understanding of various SFDC products like Marketing Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Salesforce CDP, etc.
  • Ability to work in an Scaled agile-driven culture and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Experience installing FSL managed package and guided setup configuration.
  • Working experience in CI/CD, Git commands, GitHub source, Azure preferred.
  • Prior experience with object-oriented programming technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations utilizing MuleSoft or Event Based Frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Experience with Salesforce CDP, Tableau CRM is beneficial.
  • Master’s degree in computer engineering or related technology field.
  • Proficiency with mobile design and mobile SDK highly preferred.
