Overall 12+ yrs exp and 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Lead in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and with the following:
* Excellent understanding of Salesforce MVC Architecture and its components such as Model, View and Controller.
* Strong experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other internal/external applications using SOAP and REST based web services.
* Capable in developing client specific solutions using visual force pages with Lightning components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers & Controller Extensions, Apex Components and Test Methods.
* Experience in designing Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Customizing Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts, Pick Lists, Record Types, Process builder, Custom Tabs, Custom Buttons, Reports, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
* Excellent in Administrative tasks like Creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Permission Sets, Workflows, Approvals, and Activities.
* Excellent understanding of Salesforce CRM governor limits with an ability to optimize code to respect those limits.
* Excellent understanding with writing SOQL for specified applications.
* Experience in Batch Apex and Schedule Apex Development.
* Experience in Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC) for creating apps.
* Experienced in Deployment using IDE, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool.
* Experience configuring and maintaining user Security Permissions in compliance with organizational needs.
* Experience with Conga Composer, DocuSign, Survey Monkey, or similar tools
* Experience with web technologies including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript or JavaScript libraries
* Experience in either Healthcare & Financial Services industries preferred
* Strong client representation and communication skills should be good.
