An international bank is looking for a Salesforce Platform Technical Lead to join the Digital Banking Services team and take their Salesforce platform to the next level. The bank went live with Salesforce at the beginning of 2020 and are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead the Center of Excellence of their Salesforce Platform. The day to day will consist of configuring systems, advising the business on the best way to approach solutions to their problems. They will not be doing any hands on developing but will be heavily involved in conducting code reviews. If something is difficult to build, they will explain to the business why we do something one way versus the other. They should also be comfortable explaining enterprise architectures and sales nuances to C level executives at a commercial bank. The lead will act as a domain expert on the salesforce.com platform and will bring significant expertise in current top market CRM and credit tools, specifically FSC and nCino platforms, building a brand-new credit platform using nCino Bank Operating System. This is a permanent opportunity, beginning remote with intentions of going back to office when it re-opens.

- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce (as a Tech Lead OR Developer OR Architect)

- nCino experience

- Ability to prototype and review code

- Salesforce Certifications

- Finance/Banking background
