Position Summary:
 
Responsibility for developing, leading and executing the Salesforce Strategy and Process company wide. Provide day-to-day Salesforce Application support and serve as the CRM technical expert with technologies like Salesforce, Pardot, Conga, and DocuSign. Leads vendor and contractor teams and the development and execution of training programs and management presentations. Continuous improvement lean methodology mindset always in effect.
 
Key Job Responsibilities:
 

• Management Accountability for the following areas:
  • Vendor Management of third party administration resources
  • Contractor Management
  • Vendor Application Management (Salesforce, Conga, Tableau, Pardot etc.)
• Salesforce Administration, Analysis and Continuous Process Improvement
• Develop and execute application training and management presentations

 
 
Require Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with managing teams, vendors and contractors
• Experience with developing and executing training
• Experience engaging with and supporting leadership teams
• Current Salesforce certifications (i.e., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, etc.) are preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce
• Ability to migrate data from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to promptly respond to inquiries from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
