Experience : (7-12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead Business stakeholder discussions during requirement gathering and discovery

• Translate the requirements to detailed User Stories, reviewed & signed by business

• Validate technical design and solution

• Ability to solution based on client requirements

• Clearly and articulately document solutions

• Ability to scope, define and manage work packages in Sprint executions

• Provide technical consultation on Salesforce Market Cloud tool set and solutions

• Develop specialties in Salesforce Marketing Cloud data management, scripting languages, API, and/or integrations

• Execute advanced configuration/development activities per assigned work orders

• Serve as a liaison to product teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives

• Conduct solutions testing and validation

• Support documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc.)

Requirements

• Proficient with Marketing Cloud studios (Mobile, Email, Web, Advertisement, Social, Journey Builder)

• Experience SFMC configuration and development skills

• Experience working with APIs – SOAP and REST based APIs, SFMC Connectors

• Experience Ampscript

• Strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Configuration, development (Journey builder, Content builder, Contact builder, Audience builder and Automation etc.), Reports and Dashboards, Integration, and Data Migration

• Experience on Amp script coding. Good to have other scripting knowledge like JS, etc.

• HTML, CSS, knowledge preferable for cloud pages design

• Strong expertise in SQL for reporting and analysis

• Good to know custom block SDK development for SFMC

• Should have the required knowledge for configuring mobile push notifications and troubleshooting

• Analytical tools knowledge to interpret and analyze web interactions

• Mandatory to be Salesforce Email certified specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certified
