Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) is a rapidly growing Insurance Agency with an eye towards continual improvement.   We are expanding our Project capacity as we provide enhanced capabilities for our colleagues.   MMA is seeking a skilled Project Manager with Salesforce experience, to lead these essential efforts.  
A common day in the life of an MMA Project Manager includes navigating complex processes, working directly with a variety of stakeholders, and leading initiatives through the entire project management life-cycle.  The Project Manager will work closely with the Salesforce technical team and drive collaboration with additional MMA departments and vendor partners.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible to ensure that the solution delivery is on time, within budget, and meets the project success outcomes.  

Essential Tasks

• Project Management

• Be enthusiastic, professional, and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success 

• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders

• Support and/or coordinate Business process reviews and Requirements gathering 

• Manage time and resource constraints

• Create detailed project plans and track progress

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate project activities

• Identify, record, document and track risks and issues

• Communicate project status and escalate when appropriate 

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce-related experience 

• Salesforce Administrator certification(s) desired

• Proven work experience in technical project management including complex initiatives with various impacts and integration points.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes

• Desire to expand Salesforce, PM, Applications and Industry education

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive status reports

• Hands-on experience with various project methodologies

• Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders.

• Project Management certifications (such as PMP) preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Insurance industry experience desired

• Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities

Work Environment

• This position is a remote, work from home, requiring an environment conducive to driving team Audio/visual meetings on a regular basis

• Position requires periods of travel as needed up to 20%

• Offices locations may be available in various US cities

• Extended work hours required on occasion
