As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Salesforce Systems Administrator who will be responsible for the day to day administration and support of Salesforce.com in the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ & Billing, Partner & Customer Communities, and Pardot. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Salesforce experience. Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.

What YOU will be doing: 

General Administration:

  • Administration of the salesforce.com environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to salesforce.com application administration

 Process Improvement:

  • Work with cross functional teams to drive improvements/best practices including analyzing and optimizing salesforce.com related workflows, platform design and setup
  • Assist with the performance of business analysis in which information about business process and concerns are gathered from key internal business stakeholders
  • Understand business requirements and map them to technology solutions
  • Research and implement new functionality, features and customizations requested by stakeholders to improve business processes
  • Keep abreast of new salesforce.com features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Provide daily support for all users
