Salesforce Technical Lead

Duration: ongoing long term contract

Location: fully remote

The Technical Lead role is responsible for defining the technical solutions for Salesforce implementations aimed at improving business processes. This role will lead the development team members on projects and guide them in following best practices to come up with the best overall solutions. This role adheres to and promotes the client’s values by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of the client’s goals.


  • Lead client Salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands-on
    contributions to the design, development, and integration
  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture
  • Design, develop and maintain a technical solution to support client’s business
    requirements and follows best practices
  • Perform code reviews for development team members to ensure proper coding
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
  • Identify technical risks on your projects and help implement a mitigation plan
  • Think creatively to balance the demands of client needs with technical best practices

What you will bring:

  • 2+  years of experience of Salesforce implementation experience
  • 5+  years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings
    effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
  • Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, automated unit testing, Maven
  • Ability to travel, as needed (post-COVID)
