KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

+ Design user interfaces for Salesforce that can be implemented on the Salesforce products; including external customer facing user interfaces for Community Cloud, internal/employee facing user interfaces for products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud, mobile applications (IOS and Android) for Salesforce products for both internal and external users

+ Create and solve complex interface issues while approaching them with a realistic development mindset taking into account the capabilities and limitations of the underlying Salesforce solution

+ Develop original graphic assets such as photomontages, icons, buttons, themes, full interfaces and logos, using web-safe formats

+ Identify user interface or usability issues and provide creative ways to solve the problem

+ Design and develop interfaces for our clients

+ Articulate interface ideas based on an underlying knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the underlying Salesforce product

Qualifications:

+ Minimum five years of recent experience in a corporate or agency environment with hands-on web or application design experience with Salesforce

+ Bachelor's degree in design or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

+ Strong portfolio website required for all applicants

+ Experience with HTML, CSS, responsive applications and mobile applications

+ Experience with Salesforce configuration

+ Demonstrated experience with information architecture, interaction design, visual design, navigation design and usability, working in a user centered design environment
