Boeing Information Technology Data Analytics is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior IT Product Management Leader - Salesforce with excellent people, communication, technical and organizational skills to join our team in one of the listed locations. A successful candidate will work cross-functionally to guide CRM capabilities from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Boeing scale and speed. You will utilize your extensive experience leading in an agile environment, working closely with the business user community and with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to help design and develop technologies that Connect, Protect, Explore and Inspire the World with Aerospace Innovation. You will be responsible for guiding products into and through the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users, ensuring the delivery of high-value CRM products that provide users and decision-makers with insight to drive positive business outcomes. You will bring skills and experience on Sales, Service, Marketing, andor Experience Clouds on Salesforce, proficiency with agile frameworks, and a passion for enabling customer engagement activities in a complex global marketplace. Position Responsibilities Define product vision, manage stakeholder relations and collaborate with users and delivery teams Collaborate with business-based agile product managers from across the enterprise to create and maintain product roadmaps and prioritized product backlogs Help lead the organization and operating rhythm of agile team structure Create context and clarity for the product team to deliver against product roadmaps Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to identify and articulate emerging or evolving opportunities and to mature business cases Communicate strategy and consistent product messaging to stakeholders Understand opportunities, competition, and user requirements in depth Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across business units and functions, product portfolios, and agile teams Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements with focus on business value outcomes Ability to work well with scrum and kanban teams, including developers, architects, release managers, quality assurance and operations Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans meet or exceed expectations Understand, research, and follow technical trends in customer relationship management and aviation Participate in annual planning process through gathering and providing resource and cost estimates supporting development of product capabilities Assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the product value, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage Assess and address technical and operational risks Serve as an evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical teams Analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, and communicate status Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required SkillsExperience) 5+ years of technical product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps, and working and communicating with cross-functional teams Familiarity with typical customer engagement processes that operate on Salesforce Leadership experience in agile frameworks Experience driving product vision and design discussions Experience in end-to-end implementation of customer relationship management capabilities on Salesforce Preferred Qualifications (Desired SkillsExperience) Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or business-related field Current certifications as Advanced Administrator or Architect on Salesforce Sales, Service, andor Marketing Cloud Current certifications on Scaled AgileRegistered framework Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction Typical Education Experience Typically 6 or more years' related work or military experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Relocation Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
