Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator who can lead the build-out and maintenance of our CRM which is the central piece to Litify's operations. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. This individual will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other departments to lead key initiatives for the organization from discovery to implementation. The role will be expected to develop and execute on a roadmap. What you get to do every day as a Senior Salesforce Administrator: Partner and collaborate with leads to understand business needs, develop new functionality, and maintain priorities Develop application customization primarily through declarative configuration Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ Review and approve all other Salesforce configuration being implemented Maintain ongoing documentation for the design of the system Maintain and advise on selection of 3rd party technologies/integrations to improve efficiency within the CRM platform Continuing your Salesforce education by staying on top of the latest Salesforce technologies What You Bring To The Role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years Salesforce.com analyst experience Proven track record in leading design, implementation, and maintenance for enterprise caliber solutions on the Salesforce platform Self-starter who can communicate effectively to a diverse audience of business and technical customers Diligent with strong analytical, problem solving, coordination, and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with Data loading tools, Excel, and SOQL for data manipulation Nice-to-Haves: Salesforce Architect, Administrator, or Platform Builder certifications Experience working for a Salesforce ISV or other Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider Experience with Salesforce CPQ, FinancialForce PSA, Salesforce Communities, Marketo Disclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $115,000. You may also be offered a bonus, equity grant, and benefits. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
