What You'll Do:

In this newly created position, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with true business acumen who will work closely with business stakeholders to solve problems and increase user adoption of Salesforce in order to bring our CRM to life. You will also be responsible for doing hands-on work in the system, as well as leading a small team of certified Salesforce specialists. Your Salesforce experience and knowledge of sales operations will be critical to enable Spotter to both motivate usage amongst our sales teams and empower our management to provide guidance based on Salesforce data and insights. You will partner across our two business organizations and work with management and stakeholders for requirements gathering, salesforce configuration, testing, training and post implementation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates as a member of and leads Spotter's Salesforce team
  • Hands on configuring Salesforce org - workflows, validation roles, approval processes
  • Draws out a future vision for how our CRM system can help creators and our business
  • Maintains a CRM roadmap that aligns with company's long term goals and CRM vision
  • Performs analysis of, works with and acts as servant leader with stakeholders to understand and improve complex functional and business requirements
  • Manages multiple Salesforce environments and release cycles

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5-8 years of Salesforce Admin experience
  • Must have experience working with sales or business operations
  • Successfully mentored and managed fellow administrators
  • Adept at doing requirement analysis and understanding business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio and capabilities, and how to apply these to drive business outcomes
  • Expert level understanding of Salesforce Profile, Roles and Object and Record level sharing architecture
  • Hands on experience building complex, reports and dashboards using Salesforce Products
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model with the ability to analyze data model joins to build custom report types
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross functional technical conflicts
  • First line management of internal salesforce admins and/or engineers and any outside supplemental resources
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise suite of applications used at the company, E.g AWS, Power BI, MixMax

In compliance with local law , we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in California. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $150-$180K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
