**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Translates high-level requirements into detailed level requirements (user stories) to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value.

+ Facilitates agile rituals such as inception, iteration and story kickoff, estimation sessions and help to keep team up-to-date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly.

+ Works with User Experience (UX) analysts to ensure prototypes convey story intent

Works with Dev and QA to understand the boundaries of any given story

+ Contributes to overall definition of strategy and scope, including working with business stakeholders to understand 'why' we are working on something before development begins.

+ Sees opportunities for improvement across product, process and team

+ Comfortable training clients on Salesforce and newly built features

+ Contribute in Salesforce-based model and designs for the solution.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of the Salesforce.com sales cloud development environment including but not limited to items such as custom objects, declarative functionality, process builders, and workflows

+ Capable of working on Salesforce data and reports.

+ Be able to handle multiple projects and initiatives and support different business units.

+ Monitor progress of work you're doing, keep dependent teams and projects informed on progress; take corrective action if deliverable cannot be met or if higher priorities disrupt prior commitments

+ Support the Enterprise Quality Assurance team to ensure they can properly perform function and non-functional testing

+ Review and validate QA test plans; support the QA team during test execution.

**Qualifications**

**What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field or 6 years of equivalent work experience required.

+ Experience as Salesforce analyst. Working with business and being able to translate in Salesforce terms for developers and help in high level design flow.

+ Demonstrable experience generating technical requirements and generating complex process maps

+ Solid knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies, functional design, and application delivery methodology

+ 5+ years of prior experience as an analyst working within an enterprise IT organization

+ While not a developer, candidate should possess a high-level understanding of IT systems and architecture to support discussions and communications

+ Strong multi-tasker, proven experience handling multiple roles and projects simultaneously

+ Experience working with cross-functional, global teams to deliver commitments on-time and on-budget

+ Excellent analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Strong planning and organizational skills

+ Good communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation

+ Able to provide direction, tools and process support to less senior employees

+ Works independently

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and agile tools (Azure DevOps and JIRA)

+ 'Can do' attitude, willing to take on new challenges with a desire to continually grow

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

+ Effective Communication (verbal + written)

+ Airline Maintenance systems development is a PLUS

+ Salesforce certifications
