Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements to functional design, use cases, and business process flows
• Capable of handling multiple priorities while working in team environment
• Handle multiple projects and clients' needs
• As a heavy client facing role, you'll, lead discovery, requirements gathering, and pre-sales support
• Create and edit functional design specifications from interpreting user needs
• Manage/prioritize requirements with clients and internal Developers and System Administrators

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• 2+ Salesforce Certifications
• Hands on experience with Salesforce to create business solutions for clients
• Lead multiple projects and worked with multiple clients at once
• Worked in different industries/services
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• Comfortable taking clients through the delivery process
• Experience working at a Salesforce Consultancy
• Lead meetings for businesses requirement gathering or design discussions
• Previous work experience in Sales
• Having Forms, Conga, and HubSpot Certifications is a huge PLUS
