Maximize efficiency, innovation, and adoption on the features and synergies of Salesforce.com Plaform.Participate in the evolution of a team with best practices, standards and policies across Mohawk Flooring.

  • Lead of numerous projects using sound practices to ensure the quality delivery of the product roadmap in a recurring release cadence

  • Subject Matter Expert of Mohawk’s CRM experience and Salesforce.com Platform (process flow, UI/UX)

  • Deliver high quality solutions and enhancments that leverage Mohawk and vendor release schedules

  • Own the daily operations adminstratoin of Salesforce.com including but not limited to: Initial user setup, report creation, account/project assignment, layout changes, workflows while interfacing with business leaders

  • Second tier support for sales support, troubleshooting, research and resolution of issues

  • Analyze and Prioritize enhancement request and make appropriate changes and/or escalate to COE when neccessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an internationally accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems or relevant subject.

  • 4+ years of implementing, operating, maintaining or using Salesforce.com with hands on administrative, configuration and process management experience.

  • 6+ years of experience working with enterprise IT applications and Business analysis in Sales Operations domain, must have worked with Business Stake Holders to gather Requirements, write functional documentation and testing.

  • Provide real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms; troubleshoot, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Understanding of Salesforce.com’s Sales and Service Cloud Architecture

  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with sales and sales management.

  • Skill set that includes command of working independently, setting priorities, handling multiple tasks with concentration, speed and accuracy to meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Leadership skills that drive/ motivate Sales AEs without having direct supervisory responsibility.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Salesforce Administration Certification ( Required)

  • Salesforce Advance Administration and Sales Cloud Certification ( Preffered)
