About the Role

We are looking for a rockstar Senior Salesforce Admin to lead SFDC strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SFDC experience, along with proficiency across multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud) and is as comfortable rolling their sleeves up to re/configure our instance as they are ideating ways to best utilize Salesforce for everyday process improvement.

How you'll make an impact

  • Serve as the lead system administrator for HyreCar's Salesforce environment, including management of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Work with the business to develop and execute strategic and tactical goals for leveraging Salesforce functionality across multiple business units (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing, Risk/Insurance)
  • Work with senior business leaders to support key sales, marketing, customer implementations, customer service and finance processes, with a focus on constant process improvement
  • Suggest, design, build and roll out automations to replace existing manual processes
  • Design, build, and roll out basic and advanced customizations (fields, page layouts, flows etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Establish and perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, installed applications, and storage management
  • Create and regularly communicate release notes to stakeholders, craft end-user training, and other collateral regarding new features and projects
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities; own and manage the SFDC configuration roadmap
  • Serve as the data/analytics SME for data sourced through SFDC, working closely with the Company's Data/Analytics team for reporting and analyses
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
  • End-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce integrations and when/if needed, partner with internal or outside developers for more complex projects
  • Install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
  • Ensure that workflow allows for capturing relevant analytics that can be used for driving processes and measuring performance
  • Audit, redesign, and launch (new) reports and dashboards for performance management and operational efficiency visualization
  • Stay current with releases and new functionalities for Salesforce and installed applications
  • Research and recommend Salesforce and third-party applications that improve Salesforce engagement and effectiveness

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as a Salesforce Admin; startup experience preferred
  • Certified in SFDC Advanced Administration
  • 2+ years of experience with Apex, VisualForce, SQL, and JavaScript2 year of experience or exposure to Salesforce CPQ and CPQ processes
  • Experience developing and enhancing integrations between disparate systems
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
  • Proven track record of leading CRM and service operations strategy and execution
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • A collaborative mindset to partner with different stakeholders regularly to understand business needs and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related education, skills, and experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The current salary range for this position is as follows and may be modified in the future: $100,000-$150,000.
