Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join a 2 person Salesforce team and support their Finance/Work Orders group. This is a large enterprise so this will be a long-term contract for the right person. You will be responsible for the designs, configurations, implementations, and system maintenance and monitoring that supports a Salesforce Field Services solution.This position is responsible for automating complex business processes and supporting the configured business processes, implementations, and users. This role also works with customers to improve monitoring and alerting to preserve business value by optimizing logs ingested, thresholds, searches, queries, and dashboards. This position may be asked to play the role of a technical advisor on projects or solutions whose complexity or scope is moderate. Excellent technical skills in Salesforce administration, as well as outstanding customer service and communication skills are required to be successful in this position.This person absolutely must have the Salesforce & Advanced Salesforce Certifications!

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of recent Salesforce Administration experience
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Excellent technical skills in Salesforce administration, as well as outstanding customer service and communication skills are required to be successful in this position
• Need to provide their own equipment

Bonus Skills:

• Highly disciplined and responsible to work from home autonomously with little supervision
• Experienced & equipped to work remotely
• Ability to train and mentor employees on Salesforce
• Salesforce Development experience
