Client: nvent Location: remote Duration: 1 year+ Rate: open We have won an outcome based statement of work project within one of the business units at nVent called EFS (Electrical Fastening Solutions). nVent's Electrical and Fastening Solutions (EFS) segment works to design, manufacture, market, install, and service high performance electrical connections and fastening products and solutions. There is an opportunity to grow sales, improve service engagement levels, drive operational excellence, and optimize the overall experience for partners and customers. EFS can cut cost and improve revenue all supported by digital modernization enabled by Salesforce. Salesforce will support an improved EFS operating model giving information and efficient tools to internal and external partners and customers. nVent will partner with Turnberry Solutions (formerly ThreeBridge Solutions) for the implementation. Turnberry has been a partner of nVent since 2020 in a variety of ways across business and IT. Turnberry is a strategic consulting partner focusing on digital, data, transformation, and Salesforce enablement and is an official Salesforce partner. Turnberry will engage in consulting services in collaboration with nVent team members for the Salesforce Service & Customer Experience Optimization engagement. This engagement will include 3 phases. Readiness is Turnberry immersion/discovery into nVent and includes creating the release plan and backlog for Delivery. Delivery phase will be 7 two-week sprints to complete the build. Lastly, the UAT & deployment phase, inclusive of training, will wrap up the engagement. Quality Assurance Lead: Start on the project Monday 3/6/23 Leads the Testing capability on the project, leveraging core test methodologies and advanced Salesforce quality assurance skills Ensures the following key activities are successfully completed: Defining the test strategy, ensuring it is clearly understood and documented Completing testing which may include functional, performance, regression and roll-back testing Collaborating with team members to articulate and resolve system issues Responsibilities include: § Test plan, test scripts and test execution § UAT plan and execution Meet and coordinate with existing nVent team to design regression impact tests
